When purchasing online, please choose your preferred payment method:

Credit and prepaid cards

Carta Si, Mastercard, Visa, Eurocard, American Express, Visa Electron, and prepaid cards such as PostePay, Vodafone Cash Card, Kalibra, and others via PayPal. Your financial information will be managed directly by PayPal and not by WWW.MC2COSMETICS.COM.
This makes your purchase completely free and secure.

Bank Transfer

Order confirmation email you will receive will contain all payment details. To expedite its verification process, we recommend sending payment receipt to: orders@mc2cosmetics.com.
However, please note that if you choose this payment method, your order will only be shipped after MC2 COSMETICS confirms receiving money on bank account (therefore, transaction may take up to 2-3 business days, depending on the date of payment).

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you can make payments quickly and securely, without having to re-enter your credit card details each time. You can also use your credit Card on PayPal circuit.
By using PayPal, your financial information will never be shared with the recipient, so your purchase is completely free and secure. 
 

SHIPPING

Shipments are made via GLS express courier. The average delivery time takes up from 1 to 4 business days, depending on destination, weather conditions, traffic and any special periods (pre-Christmas, summer holidays and so on) or extraordinary events beyond our control (strikes, road closures, etc.).

b) Preferences for Delivery Times
It is possible to enter a "note" in the shipping documents, regarding the preferred time of delivery but please note this does not guarantee the time.

c) Absence at Delivery

If courier is unable to contact the recipient, they will attempt delivery again in following days (sometimes even on same day) or leave a note with instructions for rescheduling delivery. There are no additional charges.
